Service Description

The Service Description is the scope document for our paid work. It defines what each service includes and what it excludes, the product categories we do not accept, and how reports are issued and who may rely on them.

The agreement we sign with each client names the Service Description, and the Service Description forms part of that agreement. It applies only to work under such an agreement. This website asks nobody to agree to it.

• Services. What each service includes, and what it leaves out.
• Product categories. The kinds of product we do not accept for review. Each version carries its own list.
• Reports. How a report is issued, and who may rely on it. A report is written for the client named in it.

Every version of the Service Description has a version number and a date.

The version named in your agreement is the one that applies to your engagement. A later version does not change an engagement you have already signed. Any change is agreed with you directly.

We send the current version with every quote. You can also write to info@euproductcheck.com at any time for it. Earlier versions are available on request in the same way.
