THE PROCESS
Tell us what you have.
Answer a few questions about the product and its documents, and add a listing link if you have one. We aim to reply within 24 hours with a price for the review.
Send the documents.
If the price suits you, you sign the agreement and upload your files through a private link. The price does not change after that.
Get your Gap Report.
We read each document against a written checklist for your product's category. Each finding names the document, the rule it was compared against and what was not found, so you can check every point yourself. The report arrives 5–8 business days after we have all your files.
Fix what's missing.
The report says what would close each gap. Once you have made the changes, one re-check is included.

Common questions
Will this get our listing back up?
Only the marketplace can decide that. We turn its notice into a list of the documents it asks for, which of them you hold, and what is missing from those.
Can we give your report to a marketplace, a buyer or an authority?
Yes, you can show it to anyone. It is written for you, on the file you gave us and under your agreement with us. Nobody else gains a right to rely on it or a claim against us by reading it, and we do not issue reliance letters.
Do you check that our documents are real?
Not by default. In a standard review we assume a test report comes from the laboratory named on it, and the report states that assumption. If you did not commission a test yourself, the Authenticity Check asks the issuing laboratory whether the report is theirs, as a separate paid service.
