This website describes our document review services and explains EU requirements in general terms. It is not legal advice and not an assessment of any particular product: see our disclaimer. EU rules change often, so a page may not be current.

Nothing on this website is an offer, and sending a form or receiving a quote creates no contract. Paid work begins only when both sides sign a separate written agreement. Talks, quotes, invoices and that agreement all happen outside this website. The agreement and the Service Description it names govern the paid work.

You ask for the free Listing Scan through a form hosted by Tally. Within 24 hours, a person looks at your answers and any public listing link, and replies by email.

It is a general first look, given as it is: not a review of your documents and not legal advice. We may decline it. The privacy notice explains how we handle your answers.

This website and our forms have no upload function. Please do not send us product documents. Documents sent without a signed agreement are not read, are deleted, and create no duty of confidence by having been sent. Under an agreement, they are exchanged through a private channel.

The text, design and photos on this website belong to COMASE FZCO or are used with their owners' permission. You may quote short parts of our text with a reference to EU Product Check. Systematic copying of this website needs our written permission.

To the extent the law permits, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website or the free Listing Scan. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as liability for fraud.

Our website and services are for businesses, not consumers.

We may change these terms. The version published here, with its date, applies.

These terms, and any non-contractual obligation arising from them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
