COMASE FZCO, trading as EU Product Check, is the controller of the personal data described here: we decide why and how it is used.

• No tracking. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds no trackers.
• Only what you send. We get what you type into a form or an email, the page or link you came from, and basic server logs.
• Forms run on Tally. Our Listing Scan and contact forms are hosted by Tally.
• No selling. We never sell personal data, and we run no advertising or profiling.
• No documents here. Product documents are exchanged only after a signed agreement, through a private channel.

Where the GDPR applies, the last column names our legal basis.

Follow-up emails. With your consent, given on the scan form, we may send a few emails about your scan. Consent is the legal basis. Each email has an unsubscribe link, and withdrawing consent stops them at once.

What we do not want. We ask for no special categories of personal data. Unsolicited product documents are not read and are deleted. Our services are for businesses, not consumers or children.

Your choice. Giving data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.

Three providers handle data for us, as processors under contract:

• Tally. Tally BV, Belgium, hosts our forms. Its own privacy policy applies to its service.
• Our website host. It serves this website and keeps the logs.
• Our email provider. It carries our email.

Nobody else receives your data, unless the law requires it. We do not sell it, and we make no automated decisions about people.

We are based in the United Arab Emirates, so data sent to us from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK leaves those areas. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR requires it, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum. You can ask us for a copy.

Tally states that it stores form data in the European Union.

• Enquiries. Those that do not lead to an engagement: 24 months from the last contact.
• Engagements. As the client agreement provides.
• Server logs. 90 days.

Withdrawing consent does not by itself delete your enquiry. Ask us if you want that.

This website sets no cookies and uses no browser storage. Our forms open on Tally's pages, where Tally's policy applies.

Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, you have the right to:

• see the data we hold about you;
• have it corrected;
• have it deleted;
• restrict how we use it;
• object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, write to info@euproductcheck.com. We aim to reply by email within 24 hours, and we act on your request within one month.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in the EEA, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

The UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) also applies where relevant.

We update this notice when our website or providers change. The version published here, with its date, applies.
