COMASE FZCO provides document review services in relation to European Union product documentation. It is not a law firm, not a testing laboratory, not a certification body and not a notified body. It holds no accreditation, issues no certificates and performs no conformity assessment.
3. Governing law and courts
The website terms of use, and any non-contractual obligation arising from them, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Paid engagements are governed instead by the agreement signed for that engagement.
4. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Our services are offered to businesses only.
